Designed and built in the early 1950s by Park Commission personnel, this
par 70 course is built on gently rolling terrain with generously wide
tree-lined fairways. Hole #16 is our signature hole. At 215 yards,
the
par 3 is guarded by
traps on the front right
and left
and
bordered
at
the
rear by
out-of-bounds
and
the most
spectacular
cherry trees in
Memphis.
Playing at over 6,400 yards
and featuring small greens averaging less
than 3,000 square feet, come prepared
with your "A" iron game if you
want to challenge par.
In 2004, Audubon was the heaviest played public
course in the city.
